Janet L. Krotter Chvala is a native of Spencer, Nebraska and a lifelong resident of rural Nebraska. Her practice areas include, but are not limited to, Estate Planning, Business Planning, Probate, Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Law, Eldercare, and other Transactional matters.

Janet is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. She has over 20 years of practice experience. She is licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota.

Janet practices out of both the Atkinson and O'Neill offices and
is available in Norfolk one day per week or by appointment.
