Andrew J. Hoffman is a native of Spencer, Nebraska. His areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Business Planning and other Transactional matters.

Andrew is a 2004 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law. He is licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota. Andrew finished law school as a Sterling Honor Society Graduate.
